The purpose of the role **Job Description**: - Take charge of reported incidents and analyze them, escalate as needed (external suppliers, DEV, BI specialist); - Identify problems (recurring incidents having a solution at the source); - Document recurring incidents and system problems and transfer the analysis to the right resources in order to find solutions; - Interpret SQL programs and read integration files (XML and others); - Work with developers and external partners to identify solutions that require development; - Take part in improving, resolve and test integrations between the systems of la Vie en Rose and various technological solutions, as well as the “in-house” systems. - Collaborate with users and external suppliers for the implementation, support and maintenance of technological solutions and various integrations; - Ensure regular communication to internal users on the progress of incident resolution; - Create and execute SQL queries to analyze data, extract information and make corrections; - Create and maintain system documentation and their integration up to date; - Participate in data archiving and various migrations; - Monitor and monitor systems, logs and alerts; - Update the "delivery notes" and distribute the relevant information to the various stakeholders; - Provide support outside of working hours and this in rotation with the other members of the team. **Requirements**: - College or university degree in information technology or any related field; - Minimum of 3 years of experience in functional analysis in the context of technological solutions; - Written and spoken bilingualism, English and French; - Knowledge of database query programming language (SQL Server or other); - Good understanding of coding methods and best practices; - Assets: Experience with various integrated technological solutions - Ability to conduct research relating to technological solutions and the problems resulting from them; - Analytical mind and ability to solve problems; - Adapt quickly to new systems and new technologies; - Good management of priorities and to perform tasks under pressure and to manage stress related to the constantly changing world of retail; - Sense of organization and great attention to detail; - Communication skills and ability to adapt to both business and technical language; - Knowledge in the retail sales field.
