Floral Assistant

**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Assist with retail sales transactions using POS systems and handle cash handling accurately
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, guiding shoppers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience
- Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure product availability on the sales floor
- Contribute to e-commerce operations by processing online orders
- Support inventory management through stock replenishment and organization of merchandise
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers in English
- Assist with general store operations, including cashiering, floral design, and supporting sales initiatives

**Skills**
- Strong communication skills
- Experience with POS systems, cash handling, and retail sales procedures
- Knowledge of floral design, flower knowledge, tropical plant knowledge
- Familiarity with merchandising strategies and e-commerce platforms
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Customer service oriented with the ability to engage positively with diverse clients
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- Basic understanding floral design and tropical plants
