Breakfast Cook

**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes: Eggs (all varieties), pancakes, French toast, meat, clubs, wraps, omlettes etc, according to our standards.
- Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety regulations and guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including equipment, utensils, and work areas.
- Monitor inventory levels of food supplies
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Opening & Closing, Rotating Weekends

**Skills**
- Proven experience as a Breakfast Cook and ability to multi-task
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and meal presentation.
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools, including grills, ovens, and fryers
- Excellent understanding of food handling procedures and safety regulations.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Strong teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $17.20-$18.00 per hour
