Your Role
Day to Day
Develop project deliverables, milestones and resourcing plans for project completion.
Monitor project progress across the Project Management team, providing guidance on best practices and ensuring standardized delivery.
Lead projects independently and assist PMs with their project deliverables.
Serve as a people manager, focusing on mentorship and career development.
Work with internal teams to determine requirements and prioritize requests.
Participate in vendor selection, negotiate contracts, and coordinate with legal counsel.
Work with the Application Services Manager for development and quality assurance resources.
Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, including risks, issues, and decision logs.
Manage financial budgeting and reporting for projects.

**Qualifications**:
Post-secondary education in a related field.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or working towards.
10+ years of demonstrated experience managing projects.
5+ years of experience in team management or supervision.
Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate cross-functional work teams toward successful task completion.
Experience communicating with multilevel stakeholders up and down the organization hierarchy.
Knowledge in the fundamentals of organizational change management.
Practical experience generating comprehensive process documentation and reports.
Proven analytical, critical thinking, and effective problem-solving capabilities.
Skilled in the use of Microsoft 365 Application Suite, specifically Visio.
Additional Assets
Experience in the Agricultural or Milling industry.
Completed or working towards a Business Analyst diploma or certification.
Experience managing user testing initiatives.
