Our team is made up of four builders who are small in number but fierce in impact. At Neo, we’ve built a reputation for challenging the status quo in an industry dominated by much bigger players. While it may be a "no" this time, Neo is growing fast — and we hope you’ll keep us on your radar for future opportunities. **The Role**: **What you’ll be doing** - You will collaborate with hiring managers to develop a full understanding of team need for the team(s) you are recruiting for - You will work with your leaders to develop a full understanding of hiring volumes, ensuring your energy is focused in areas that will add most value - You will post jobs, screen applicants, schedule interviews and effectively manage multiple funnels **Who we are looking for** - 3-5 years of recruitment experience in a fast paced environment. Previous experience at a start up and/or in High Volume recruitment is considered an asset. - You have a proven ability to work in a high pressure environment while juggling multiple tasks at once. - You’re a strong communicator, both verbal & written, with exceptional interpersonal skills - You’re able to plan and prioritize work, remain highly organized, maintain confidentiality, and manage conflict professionally - You’re eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment **Interview Process**: **Our interview process is built to dig deep, move fast, and get real.** We want to see what makes you, _you_ — not just on paper, but in action. That means walking through real projects you’ve led, collaborating on a quick but thoughtful challenge, and having a few informal chats (Google Meets or in person) to make sure we click beyond the resume. The full process includes **four rounds**, designed to give you a clear picture of the role, the team, and how we work — and give us a chance to see the builder behind the title. - ** Your journey starts with a 30-minute intro call — a chance for you to learn more about Neo Financial, and for us to get to know you.** You might even meet our incredible Chief People Officer, Amanda, right off the bat.
