En tant que Spécialiste de test des systèmes, vous ferez partie d’une équipe multidisciplinaire internationale qui met au point des produits de pointe pour le marché de l’éclairage. Vous travaillerez directement avec les gestionnaires de projets, les ingénieurs et les ingénieurs système pour livrer de nouveaux produits et atteindre les objectifs du client et de l’entreprise. Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans le processus de développement des produits en étant un membre clé de l’étape de validation des produits. Vous serez également responsable tout réaliser tous les test officiel UL dans notre laboratoire certifié.

**Vos missions**:

- Comprendre les exigences relatives aux produits et les objectifs du client pour les produits pris en charge
- Se familiariser avec tous les objectifs de qualité des produits, y compris le matériel informatique et les logiciels intégrés
- Vérifier que les exigences relatives aux produits proposés et les modèles conceptuels peuvent être testés
- Élaborer des plans de validation des produits pour atteindre les objectifs de couverture des tests et de qualité
- Réaliser des tests mécaniques, électriques, thermique et optique sur des appareils d’éclairage.
- Construire et assembler des prototypes
- Communiquer les résultats des essais aux parties prenantes; rédiger des rapports de tests
- Collaborer avec les gestionnaires de projets et les ingénieurs pour aider à l’analyse des causes profondes et à la résolution des problèmes
- Aider à l’analyse des défauts de fuite et des problèmes de qualité des produits
- Entretenir de solides relations de collaboration avec les ingénieurs, les développeurs et les propriétaires de produits
- Assister les gestionnaires de projets et les ingénieurs dans la documentation
- Réaliser tous les tests officiels UL dans notre lab certifié.
- Être capable de travailler en collaboration avec une équipe multidisciplinaire internationale
- Travailler de manière autonome et polyvalente sur différents projets simultanément
- Posséder de solides compétences en communication orale et écrite
- Avoir le souci du détail et un excellent sens de l’organisation

As a Systems Test Specialist, you will work as a part of a multidisciplinary, global team developing cutting edge products for the lighting market. You will work directly with program managers, hardware engineers and systems engineers focused on delivering new products to meet customer and business objectives. **What You’ll Do**:

- Understand product requirements and customer objectives for supported products
- Develop awareness of all product quality objective
- Verify that proposed product requirements and conceptual designs are testable
- Develop product validation plans to achieve test coverage and quality objectives
- Conduct mechanical, electrical, thermal and optical testing of light fixtures
- Build and assemble prototypes
- Communicate test results with stakeholders; write test reports
- Collaborate with program managers and engineers to assist in root cause analysis and issue resolution
- Assist in the analysis of escaped defects and product quality issues
- Maintain strong collaborative relationships with engineers, developers, and product owners
- Assist the program managers and engineers in the documentation
- Perform all official UL testing in our certified lab
- Be able to work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary, global team
