We are looking for an organized and enthusiastic **Fleet Services Administrator **to join our team to increase the efficient operation of our Coquitlam facility and province-wide PM Program.
- **Requirements**_: _
- Completion of a recognized post-secondary education in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field, with two (2) years’ experience in an administration role; or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience
- Understands inventory management practices
- Understanding and knowledge of transport equipment and maintenance
- Intermediate level use of the Microsoft Office suite of programs with solid working knowledge in Excel and Fleet Software.
- Highly organized with a proven ability to effectively prioritize work to meet deadlines
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Ability to function effectively in a dynamic, fast paced environment

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
