Guest Service Agent

White Point Beach is looking for individuals who enjoy being front and center, a focal point for the guest, and always looking to go above and beyond when it comes to customer service.
The Guest Services staff are our front line ambassadors, as they are often the first experience a guest has with our property, and the individual that interacts with the guest in different capacities throughout their entire stay. You will aid guests with luggage assistance, room service, meeting space set up and tear down, and being a pivotal point of information for all guests during their stay at White Point Beach.
It is imperative that you are a self-starter, and enjoy engaging with the public. Being personable is essential, as the guest will look for Guest Service staff for an array of assistance. This position requires a lot of physical activity (necessity to be able to lift 50 pounds safely, and comfortably), and long periods of time spent on your feet.
