Our digital marketing division partners with organizations in industries such as healthcare, education, retail, and professional services, offering strategic and executional expertise in SEO, SMO, content marketing, PPC advertising, and influencer collaborations.

**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**

**SEO (Search Engine Optimization)**
- Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve website rankings, visibility, and organic traffic for client and in-house websites
- Perform keyword research, on-page optimization (titles, tags, internal linking), and off-page strategies (backlink building)
- Use tools like Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs to monitor technical SEO issues and recommend fixes
- Track and report SEO performance metrics and insights

**SMO (Social Media Optimization)**
- Plan, create, and schedule content across social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter)
- Write creative and audience-relevant captions and collaborate with design team on visuals using tools like Canva
- Implement platform-specific strategies to increase engagement, followers, and reach
- Monitor trends and user behavior to optimize content strategies

**Influencer & Campaign Marketing**
- Identify relevant influencers, negotiate contracts, and manage influencer relationships
- Monitor influencer campaigns and ensure deliverables meet performance and brand expectations
- Support creative ideation and campaign rollout across digital channels

**Digital Advertising & Performance Marketing**
- Assist in setting up and managing paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
- Perform A/B testing, audience segmentation, and performance monitoring
- Generate weekly and monthly performance reports using analytics tools and recommend optimizations
- Ensure consistent tone, brand voice, and messaging across all marketing materials

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Post Graduate Diploma in Digital Marketing (mandatory)
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with a focus on SEO, SMO, and campaign execution
- Strong knowledge of SEO/SMO techniques, digital marketing trends, audience behavior, and platform strategies
- Ability to craft and execute comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to different industries and audiences
- Proven experience managing multiple client accounts and/or working with international clients
- Proficiency in marketing tools: Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Canva, Hootsuite/Buffer, SEMrush/Ahrefs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong project management skills with attention to detail
- Willingness to work on-site in Mississauga
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced, multi-client environments with competing deadlines

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.20-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

- Mississauga, ON L5S 1V9: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
