We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Print Shop Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of our print shop operations. As the Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth, ensuring operational efficiency, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to drive business growth and achieve profitability targets.

Identify market trends, opportunities, and challenges to stay ahead of the competition.

Collaborate with the management team to establish long-term goals, business objectives, and performance metrics.

Operational Management:
Oversee all aspects of daily operations, including production, scheduling, inventory management, and quality control.

Ensure efficient utilization of resources, equipment, and materials to optimize productivity and minimize costs.

Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent quality and timely delivery of products and services.

Team Leadership and Development:
Lead, inspire, and motivate a diverse team of printing professionals, including graphic designers, machine operators, and support staff.

Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities to enhance the skills and capabilities of team members.

Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Collaborate closely with clients to provide expert advice, recommend suitable printing solutions, and address any concerns or issues that may arise.

Proactively seek feedback from clients to drive improvements in service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Financial Management:
Develop and manage the budget, monitor expenses, and analyze financial reports to ensure profitability and cost control.

Identify revenue growth opportunities and implement strategies to maximize sales and profitability.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and take corrective actions as necessary to achieve financial targets.

Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience as a manager or in a senior leadership role.

In-depth knowledge of printing processes, technologies, and industry trends.

Strong business acumen with a track record of successfully managing and growing a business.

Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve high performance.

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a strategic mindset.

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

Demonstrated financial acumen and experience in budgeting and financial analysis.

Work Environment:
You will work in a fast-paced print shop environment, overseeing a dedicated team and collaborating with clients. The role may require occasional lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

**Salary**: $30.00-$40.00 per hour
