**Note**: This is a contract position for approximately 12-months.
- Assist with implementation of 360-degree marketing plans, including print, broadcast, online & POS
- Help develop briefs, communication tools and marketing materials
- Help create and update content for the Ungava distillery and brand websites, social media channels and PR
- Help coordinate and maintain information for all products (such as sell sheets)
- Participate in the planning and development of product promotions
- Assist the team in the preparation of photoshoots
- New product development
- Assist the Ungava team with new product development and proposals
- Events
- Participate in the organization and logístical coordination of marketing events and brand activations
- Attend and set up events when required
- Assist Brand Ambassador(s) in implementing promotional activities and events
- Administration
- Establish and manage sponsorships
- Assist the team with consumer competitions, registrations to spirit competitions, sending samples to PR/Influencers, and more
- Help issue purchase orders and process invoices

- Perfectly bilingual in French and English: speaking, writing, reading

**Education & Experience**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications or Marketing, with a marketing focus preferred
- Highly computer literate with an excellent understanding of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent knowledge and use of social media platforms, including Facebook and Instagram
- Previous experience in the food & beverage industry is an asset
- Ability to use and create graphical content with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva) is an asset

**Général**
- Aide à la mise en oeuvre des plans marketing, incluant le développement de campagne publicitaires 360 et le développement de matériel promotionnel
- Aide à l’élaboration de briefs, d’outils de communication et de matériel marketing
- Aide à planifier et développer du contenu pour les différentes plateformes de réseaux sociaux, les relations publiques et les sites internet
