**Position Function**: The Carpenter is an experienced and diverse team player who completes assigned tasks efficiently and with a high attention to detail. The Carpenter works closely with: Project Managers & Designers

**Reports To**: Project Manager

**Key Objectives & Performance Indicators**:

- Communicate well with Project Manager and teammates
- Manage daily schedule, ensuing efficient and effective productivity
- Use learned skills to execute assigned tasks to Stattonrock standards
- Read construction/design drawings
- High level knowledge or tools and materials required to execute tasks
- Able to work independently and with others
- Basic knowledge of BC building code
- Able to check work for accuracy and problem solve
- Be an exceptional, collaborative team player
- Maintain a safe and secure working environment through spatial awareness and safety protocols

**Requirements**:

- 10+ years experience in similar role
- Red Seal Carpentry ticket or equivalent
- Exceptional listening & communication skills
- Multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail
- Understanding of applicable and current BCBC (Step Code experience an asset)
- Must have a forward-thinking and innovative mindset and embrace change

Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour
