**Job Overview**

This is an on-call position with a flexible schedule based on your availability. A company car is provided, as we offer on-site service to clients—so a valid driver’s license is required.

**Responsibilities**
- Diagnose and repair cellphones devices, including smartphones and tablets, games, computers, ensuring functionality and performance.
- Perform software troubleshooting for both Android cellphone, Samsung, LG, Motorola etc. and Apple phones.
- Conduct replacement, front screen, back glass, front camera, back camera, home buttons, power buttons, battery replacement and more.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs and services performed on each device.
- Answer phone calls to the store with a professional, courteous and friendly demeanor

**Experience**
- Experience repairing and troubleshooting electronics, smartphones, PC/MACs, and game consoles
- 1+ years of customer service/retail sales experience
- Knowledge of computer hardware and the ability to utilize hand tools effectively.
- Basic knowledge of mobile devices and operating systems
- Proficient in soldering is preferred

**Requirements**:

- Driver License

Ce poste est basé sur un appel, avec un emploi du temps flexible selon vos disponibilités. Un véhicule de société est fourni, car nous offrons un service sur site aux clients. Un permis de conduire valide est donc requis.

**Responsabilités**
- Diagnostiquer et réparer des appareils mobiles, y compris des smartphones et tablettes, des jeux, des ordinateurs, en assurant leur bon fonctionnement et performance.
- Effectuer des dépannages logiciels sur les téléphones Android, Samsung, LG, Motorola, etc. et Apple.
- Effectuer des remplacements : écran avant, verre arrière, caméra avant, caméra arrière, boutons d'accueil, boutons d'alimentation, remplacement de batterie et plus encore.
- Tenir des registres précis des réparations et services effectués sur chaque appareil.
- Répondre aux appels téléphoniques du magasin de manière professionnelle, courtoise et amicale.

**Expérience**
- Expérience dans la réparation et le dépannage d’électroniques, smartphones, PC/MAC et consoles de jeux.
- 1 an ou plus d’expérience en service client/ventes en magasin.
- Connaissance du matériel informatique et capacité à utiliser les outils manuels efficacement.
- Connaissances de base des appareils mobiles et des systèmes d'exploitation.
- La maîtrise de la soudure est un plus.

**Exigences**
- Permis de conduire valide.
