**Who We Are**
**The Role**
We’re looking for an experienced, full-stack marketer who is skilled at digital marketing, writing, and creating content. There will be tight deadlines, moving targets, multiple stakeholders, career-building projects, milestone moments and so much more. Are you in? You should feel comfortable working independently with heavy research and collaborating with a cross-functional team to ensure powerfully informative insights are collected and reflected in your content.
**Who You Are**
- 3 - 5 years in a similar role, preferably in B2B or software industry.
- 3 years degree or diploma in Marketing, Business or Communication qualification
- Superior written, communication, and presentation skills (including the understanding that good planning and outlines are the key to success)
- Experience with Marketing and Digital Marketing
- Experience with product launches and/or integrated marketing campaigns
- Experience developing and executing strategic content plans
- Experience with SEO, PPC, and Technical Content Creation
- Product marketing would be an asset
- Experience planning and leading initiatives
- Demonstrated process and project management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build relationships
- Experience with marketing automation tools
- Working knowledge of market research, XM surveys, and data analytics
**What You'll Do**
- Assist in the development, coordination and implementation of Go-to-market and advertising campaigns
- Assist in planning and management of the marketing calendar
- Support social strategy, engagement, and growth initiatives
- Internal and stakeholder relationship management
- Content planning & development (videos, photography, images, copywriting)
- Manage events and awards calendars and all supporting strategic content (webinars etc.)
- Plan, create, manage social media assets and scheduling, blog content, website graphics, eblasts, search engine optimization (SEO), paid ads campaigns, influencer, promotions and affiliate marketing
- Maintain company website content. Ensure there is accuracy of site content and quality control
- Support with the development and coordination of sales enablement collateral
- Actively seek and recommend opportunities to add new channels and events
- Responsible for growth of the brand and lead generation
- Track campaign and channel performance and report on key metrics
- Proficiency with Google Analytics, Microsoft Office, Confluence, and other marketing apps
- Knowledge of HTML and Adobe Acrobat Creative Suite is an asset
- Proficient in SEMRush and CMS
