**Position Title**: Network Administrator

**Location**: Edmonton, Alberta (Onsite)

**Department**: IT Operations & Support

**Salary**: $80,000 - $100,000 per annum

**Travel**: 15-20%

**Schedule**: 7 hours/day, 35 hours/week (Monday-Friday)

**Overview**: We’re hiring a hands-on Network Administrator having minimum experience of 5-8 years to manage infrastructure, end-user support, and cloud systems across multiple sites. This role requires strong technical skills, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to support hybrid environments.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues across devices and platforms
- Deploy and maintain PCs, smartphones, printers, and collaboration tools
- Manage user onboarding/offboarding and access controls
- Administer Microsoft Entra ID, RBAC, and Azure Virtual Machines
- Configure and monitor LAN/WAN, firewalls, wireless networks, and VMware environments
- Perform health checks, patching, and backup/recovery
- Respond to cybersecurity incidents and maintain documentation

**Requirements**:

- 2-year IT diploma or equivalent experience
- 5-8 years in IT infrastructure, including 3+ years in network administration
- Experience with Windows, Mac, Linux, mobile OS, SaaS platforms
- Familiarity with Azure, AWS, GCP, VMware, Citrix, AVD
- Knowledge of Intune/MDM, SASE, cybersecurity practices
- Certifications preferred: CCNA, Network+, Security+, Azure Administrator (AZ-104)
- Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and time management skills
- ITIL knowledge preferred.
