About The Job

We are seeking a motivated Financial Analyst Intern to join our Transformation Office Finance team. This internship provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in financial analysis, reporting, and strategic decision-making. The intern will work closely with finance leaders to support our business transformation journey.

Job Responsibilities- Creates and maintains various spreadsheets, dashboards and reports- Monitors and reviews budgets and actual transactions, preparation of variance analysis, critical insight and recommendations- Collaborate with various departments to ensure data accuracy.

Job Requirements- Be curious and passionate about numbers- Bilingualism (FR/EN) required. The intern will collaborate with stakeholders outside of Quebec.- Ability to analyze financial data sets, identify trends, investigate abnormalities and disruptions and communicate their findings in a clear manner.- Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities and be organized- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheet (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, financial modeling).- Basic understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
