**Spécialiste de la Transition Opérationnelle - Expansion Retail & eCommerce**

Nous recherchons un(e) Spécialiste de la Transition Opérationnelle motivé(e) et adaptable pour soutenir notre croissance alors que nous passons d’une petite entreprise à une organisation de taille moyenne plus structurée. Ce rôle est essentiel pour optimiser nos processus internes et notre système de gestion des stocks afin d’assurer un lancement sans accroc et un succès durable de nos points de vente physiques et de nos plateformes e-commerce.

**Responsabilités clés**
- Analyser, documenter et améliorer les processus internes pour accroître l’efficacité, la précision et la capacité d’adaptation lors de la croissance de l’entreprise.
- Piloter la mise en place opérationnelle et l’amélioration continue des systèmes de gestion des stocks, en soutien aux canaux retail et e-commerce.
- Collaborer avec les équipes interfonctionnelles pour assurer un flux de travail fluide, une communication claire et des procédures unifiées dans tous les départements.
- Former et accompagner le personnel sur les nouveaux systèmes et procédures afin de garantir la cohérence opérationnelle et l’excellence du service client.
- Identifier de manière proactive les goulots d’étranglement et proposer des solutions créatives pour assurer une transition fluide dans un environnement en évolution rapide.
- Favoriser une culture de débrouillardise, de travail d’équipe et de réactivité au sein de l’organisation.

**Profil recherché**
- Résolveur(se) de problèmes ingénieux(se) : vous excellez dans la gestion de l’ambiguïté, agissez rapidement et vous adaptez aux besoins changeants de l’entreprise.
- Sens du relationnel : vous êtes à l’aise pour créer des liens, coacher des équipes et appréciez les interactions humaines, en face à face comme en digital.
- Centré(e) sur le client : vous comprenez l’importance d’un service client exceptionnel et défendez toujours l’expérience client dans chaque amélioration opérationnelle.
- Orienté(e) croissance : vous avez de l’expérience ou une vraie passion pour accompagner la croissance des entreprises, et vous êtes motivé(e) par le défi d’aider une société à passer de la petite à la moyenne taille, notamment dans le retail et le e-commerce.
- Technophile et organisé(e) : vous maîtrisez les systèmes de gestion des stocks et des processus (la connaissance d’outils comme Shopify est un plus) et apprenez rapidement de nouvelles plateformes.

**Exigences**
- Expérience démontrée en opérations, gestion des stocks ou amélioration des processus, idéalement dans le retail ou l’e-commerce.
- Capacité avérée à prendre des initiatives ou à mener des projets lors de phases de croissance organisationnelle.
- Excellentes compétences en communication.
- Sens aigu de l’urgence, de la responsabilité personnelle et du souci du détail.

**Operations Transition Specialist - Retail & eCommerce Expansion**

We are seeking a driven and adaptable Operations Transition Specialist to support our growth as we transition from a small business environment to a more structured medium-sized operation.
