Lightspeed is seeking a results-oriented GTM Operations Specialist. As a GTM Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for reviewing and approving all new sales opportunities, along with processing software returns, adjustments, all the while supporting the local North American sales teams with administrative tasks post sales. You'll need to thrive on complex problems and be a quick learner and team player to help keep this machine running.

**What you'll be responsible for**:

- Provide insight and support to members of the Sales teams for opportunity processing.
- Review, consolidate and reconcile orders, contracts and payments.
- Process hardware shipments.
- Work with customers to resolve billing and subscriptions inquiries.
- Ticket processing for GTM teams and refund requests.

**And a little bit of...**
- Ensure that sales meet financial and legal requirements.
- Contribute to wider company initiatives, and projects outside of daily tasks.
- Handle other duties and responsibilities as defined by management.

**What you need to bring to the team**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, Social Sciences, or related field
- Beginner experience in an administrative function
- Experience in a SaaS and/or technology-related field
- Knowledge of Mac OS X, iOS, G Suite, Salesforce, Zendesk, Slack
