Toronto, Canada Playtime Bowl Full time

Playtime is looking for an Event Sales Coordinator to assist with various bookings including kids birthday parties, school groups, camp groups, not for profit groups and special events.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Sell, book and coordinate various events and provide confirmations of same including entry into facility reservation system
- Liase with guests following their booking as it relates to coordinating final details of their events - food order, final numbers, any changes etc.
- Provide exceptional customer service by being knowledgeable, positive and assisting clients to the best of their ability
- Enter payments and prepare invoices into booking software and correspond with guests

**SKILLS REQUIRED**
- Must be able to work between Monday to Saturday 10AM-6PM (20-40 hours per week, 3-5 shifts per week)
- At least 1 year of work experience in a sales role
- Experience with computer reservation systems is an asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
