- Update equipment records within software system

- Generate service orders and confirm material lists, equipment lists and other pertinent data is on the work order.
- Work with both parts and Customer Care to insure schedule are detailed and met.
- Work with sales team to insure documents are submitted and properly understood at time of renewal or initial set up.
- Liaison with field team to get proper equipment information and update software and maintenance program details.
- Maintain and and control documents in compliance with standards as well as contractual compliance

**Summary**

As a Service Agreement Coordinator, you will be essential in managing customer interactions and ensuring satisfaction through effective communication and customer service skills. Reporting to the Vice President - Operations, your role involves handling inquiries, processing agreements, and maintaining accurate records. Your core competencies in English and phone etiquette, combined with premium skills in data entry and analysis, will enable you to streamline operations. Additionally, your proficiency in Sales will enhance our service to a diverse clientele, making you a vital asset to our team in delivering exceptional support and fostering strong customer relationships.

**Qualifications**
- Proficient in English with strong communication skills
- Excellent customer service and phone etiquette
- Experience in data entry and analysis
- Previous sales experience is advantageous
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
