**Role impact**:
The ServiceNow Administrator is responsible for the technical administration and support of the ServiceNow platform. This role ensures the optimal performance, security, and efficiency of ServiceNow, supporting IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Asset Management (ITAM) processes and tools within the platform. The administrator will work with various stakeholders to support, maintain, and improve the organization's ServiceNow environment and ITSM/ITAM practices.
**What you will deliver**:
- Provide technical administration and support for the ServiceNow platform.
- Analyze ServiceNow release notes to identify potential impacts on the CF environment and provide recommendations for system improvements based on those findings.
- Create and maintain documentation related to ServiceNow administrative configurations, procedures, and modifications.
- Perform testing and support deployments within ServiceNow.
- Manage installations, integrations, patching, and monitoring of ServiceNow development, testing, and production environments.
- Ensure corporate data within ServiceNow is secured in accordance with IT security policies.
- Provide ServiceNow analytics and reports to key stakeholders.
- Administer and maintain the ServiceNow ITSM and ITAM tools, ensuring their optimal performance and alignment with organizational needs.
- Extract data from ServiceNow for analysis and reporting.
- Validate data accuracy and integrity within ServiceNow ITSM/ITAM.
- Collaborate with asset owners to validate ITAM data and ensure accuracy within ServiceNow.
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow ITSM/ITAM documentation, including processes and procedures.
- Support ITSM processes within ServiceNow, including incident management, problem management and configuration management.
- Manage and maintain IT asset data, ensuring accurate records of hardware, software, and licenses within ServiceNow.
- Conduct regular audits of IT assets to ensure compliance and identify discrepancies within ServiceNow.

**What you need to succeed**:
- Post-secondary education in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 3 years’ experience administering ServiceNow.
- Strong understanding of ITIL framework.
