**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Greet customers promptly and professionally, assessing their automotive service needs.
- Provide detailed explanations of services and repairs needed, ensuring customers understand the process.
- Schedule appointments and manage the service workflow to optimize efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately.
- Upsell additional services or products based on customer needs and vehicle condition.
- Collaborate with mechanics and technicians to ensure timely completion of services.
- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.

**Skills**
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on building relationships.
- Knowledge of automotive repair processes and terminology.
- Experience in a dealership environment is preferred.
- Basic mechanical knowledge to assist in diagnosing customer concerns.
- Proficient in cash handling and financial transactions.
- Sales experience with an emphasis on upselling services or products.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey information clearly.

Pay: $43,500.00-$57,000.00 per year
