- Assist with troubleshooting and resolving issues.
- Work with team members to update and/or standardize system documentation.

**Qualifications**
- Enrolled in a diploma or degree program in Information Technology, Computer Science or Information Systems.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Previous experience documenting system functionality and technical processes (workflow diagrams) will be considered an asset.
- Proficiency with any or all of the following areas will be considered an asset:

- Programming Languages: PeopleSoft
- Web and Mobile Development: HTML5, Java Script
- Database: Oracle, PL/SQL
- Reporting: Active Reports
- Development Tools: PeopleTools 8.57
- You have strong analytical skills and attention to detail accompanied by well-developed time management and organizational skills.
- Success in this position requires strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work as an effective team member.

**Pre-Employment Requirements**
- Must be currently enrolled in school on a full-time basis with the intent to return to school full-time in the Fall of 2025.
- A security clearance will be conducted.
- If invited to an interview, you will be asked to provide an unofficial transcript or an enrollment verification letter (indicating the program and year you are currently completing).

Compensation: $28.88 per hour (2025 Rates)
Days of Work: This position works a 5 day
- work week with 1 day off in a 3 week cycle.
- Hours of work: Standard 35 hour work week
