**About the Opportunity**:
**About You**:
We would love to hear from you if you have the following:

- Graduate of a post-secondary secretarial or office administration program required
- Experience with a computerized scheduling system an asset
- Minimum of two years recent clerical experience in a health care environment required; staffing environment preferred
- Demonstrated organizational and prioritization skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks required
- Ability to work under pressure of time limitations is required
- Working knowledge of staffing guidelines and collective agreements preferred
- Demonstrated interpersonal and communications skills; must be an effective team player
- Previous work attendance may be considered
- Competencies in other languages an asset, French preferred

**Hours**:

- Permanent, Full-Time position; 75 hours bi-weekly
- This position includes rotational shifts including weekends and holidays

**Compensation and Incentives**:
$19.78 - $24.72 Hourly
