Join a diverse team of innovators, collaborators and creative thinkers today. **About the Opportunity**: **About You**: We would love to hear from you if you have the following: - Graduate of a post-secondary secretarial or office administration program required - Experience with scheduling systems an asset - Minimum of two years recent clerical experience in a health care environment required; staffing environment preferred - Demonstrated organizational and prioritization skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks required - Ability to work under pressure of time limitations is required - Working knowledge of staffing guidelines and collective agreements preferred - Demonstrated interpersonal and communications skills; must be an effective team player - An equivalent combination of Education and Experience may be considered. - Competencies in other languages an asset, French preferred "A skill test will be included as part of the selection process”, **Hours**: - 2 - Casual Relief (0.03%) positions - Shifts include days, nights, and weekends - Travel to various sites may be required **Compensation and Incentives**: - $20.37-$25.46 Hourly **Once You've Applied** Thank you for your interest in this position.
