**HR Generalist - Temporary Six months contract**

**Location: Remote position with **occasional** in office visits to Burlington, ON office location.**

**Additional accountabilities may include**:

- Promoting company culture, values and positive working relationships
- Supporting managers with people management, employee relations & performance objectives
- Assisting with the administration and tracking of training/professional development, performance evaluations
- Respond to employee questions regarding policies and procedures, benefits, and other HR questions
- Maintain knowledge of HR policies and Provincial/Federal employment legislation
- Identify best practices and help implement improvements
- Occasional travel will be required

**What you bring to the table**:

- University degree/College diploma in Human Resources or a related field
- 2-3 years of related Human Resources experience in a HR Business Partner or Generalist capacity
- Advanced level knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Power Point) with expert/advanced level of proficiency with Excel in specific
- Flexibility with the ability to manage changing priorities
- Friendly interpersonal skills with the ability to professionally interact with all levels of employees
- Excellent attention to detail; must demonstrate a sense of urgency & deliver quality outcomes
- CHRP or CHRL designation is considered an important asset
- Bilingualism (French/English) considered an asset
