**About the Role**

This role reports to the Executive Director and works collaboratively with many individuals across the organization’s programming and operations teams. The Production Manager is responsible for the manufacture of high-quality solid wood furniture as well as production of stakes, Vinland products and Firestarters. The role also oversees the Plastics division as well as having responsibility for custom woodworking projects.

This is an exciting role which would particularly engage someone who has a passion for woodworking, proven management skills and a desire to make a meaningful difference through their work. The role includes support for onsite Participants and Supported Employees engaged in the woodworking functions. It would suit a dynamic individual who appreciates variety in their tasks, takes pride in their work and enjoys working as part of a team.

The role would be best suited to a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and a naturally organized, detail-oriented mindset. It requires a positive, can-do approach to problem-solving and innovating. The wider culture is one of creating impact through empowerment so it will appeal to a leader who enjoys coaching and inspiring others as well as embracing their own opportunities for growth.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
