About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and forward-thinking Manager, Product Enablement to lead enablement for ADP Canada’s Mobile, Self-Service, and Generative AI portfolio. In this individual contributor role, you will operate at the intersection of product, operations, marketing, sales, support, and client success—translating innovation into market-ready solutions that enhance user experience and reduce complexity.

You will serve as the business voice for these critical capabilities, influencing product strategy and driving enablement approaches that improve both client and associate experiences. Your ability to shape compelling narratives and drive organizational readiness will be key to delivering impact.

Key Responsibilities

Generative AI Strategy & Enablement
- Develop a deep understanding of ADP’s global Generative AI capabilities and evaluate their relevance for the Canadian market.
- Influence global product and technology teams to prioritize and deliver high-value Gen AI features in Canada.
- Design enablement strategies and communications that make complex AI capabilities simple, accessible, and exciting for clients and internal teams.

Mobile & Self-Service Portfolio
- Build expertise in existing mobile and self-service offerings and identify feature gaps versus the U.S. portfolio.
- Partner with product teams to prioritize enhancements that improve client self-service, user experience, and adoption.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase mobile usage and drive digital engagement while reducing operational complexity.

Product Readiness & Communication
- Stay informed on feature development, creating engaging release notes, launch communications, and adoption materials for internal and external stakeholders.
- Define support models, engagement strategies, and transition plans that drive smooth rollout and adoption.
- Craft high-impact PowerPoint decks, executive presentations, and business cases to communicate product value and strategy.
- Translate technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives tailored to business and client audiences.

Stakeholder Engagement & Influence
- Act as the central point of contact between business teams and Global Product and Technology.
- Build strong partnerships with U.S. peers to align on roadmaps and leverage best practices.
- Use data and insights to advocate for enhancements that deliver measurable improvements to client and associate experience.

What You Bring
- 8-10 years of experience in product enablement, product management, digital transformation, or strategy consulting, ideally in SaaS or enterprise tech.
- Strong understanding of mobile UX, self-service platforms, and familiarity with emerging AI technologies.
- Exceptional storytelling, presentation, and written communication skills to explain complex topics and generate excitement.
- Proven ability to influence product strategy and drive cross-functional alignment without direct authority.
- Business acumen to assess product impacts and advocate for enhancements that simplify and improve experiences.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Visio), Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or Communications; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.

Why Join Us?
- Shape the future of Mobile, Self-Service, and Generative AI capabilities in the Canadian market.
- Influence product strategy and deliver enablement strategies that improve client and associate experiences while reducing complexity.
- Work in a visible, strategic role with impact across global and local teams.
- Join a collaborative, innovative culture with opportunities to learn, grow, and drive meaningful change.
