**What is the opportunity**:
Reporting to the Manager Infrastructure, IT, the IT Support Analyst assists with maintaining the end user facing environment for Energy Safety Canada. This position is responsible for in-person and remote IT support for Energy Safety Canada’s staff.
**What will you do**:
- Provide front line support for staff at Energy Safety Canada to resolve issues and questions related to end user hardware, software, and peripherals.
- Responsible for the management of all end user computing devices including patching, firmware updates, and remote management
- Responsible for user account management including but not limited to: onboarding, permissions, changes, terminations, offboarding
- Managing incidents and requests in ITSM system including documenting knowledge base articles for end users and IT technical staff
- Supporting classroom and meeting room A/V systems including web conferencing solutions
- Other duties as required
**What you need to succeed**:
- Post-Secondary Education related to IT or equivalent experience
- At least one year of related work experience
- Certifications related to ITIL or similar would be a strong asset
- Strong troubleshooting skills and a focus on customer service
- Working knowledge of Windows 11
- Demonstrated knowledge of Office 365 administration would be an asset
- Working knowledge of system management and mobile device management systems
- Working knowledge of mobile devices especially Apple iOS
- Basic knowledge of networking
- Experience with secure printing solutions an asset
- Working knowledge of ServiceNow (incident, change, knowledge, config)
- Strong desire to learn
- Ability to work independently
