Rove Concepts is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Director of E-commerce
Marketing to lead our marketing initiatives and strategies for our online sales channels. As a leader in the luxury furniture sector, we are committed to delivering innovative and high-quality products/services to our global customer base.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce marketing strategies to increase online sales and enhance customer acquisition.
- Lead the planning, implementation, and optimization of demand generation activities across our e-commerce platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and digital marketing, to ensure strategic alignment and effectiveness in achieving business goals.
- Manage budget allocations and optimize spending across various marketing channels to maximize ROI.
- Conduct analysis of market opportunities, customer behaviors, and the competitive landscape to identify growth and improvement areas.
- Oversee the creative development, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Lead global go-to-market strategies for new product launches and promotions, ensuring seamless execution and impactful market entry.
- Utilize advanced data analytics to measure, report, and optimize the performance of e-commerce marketing campaigns, making data-driven decisions to enhance effectiveness.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously innovate and improve our e-commerce marketing efforts.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in e-commerce marketing, with a proven track record of driving significant online sales growth.
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experienced in budget management, forecasting, and achieving results in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with the capacity to inspire and mentor cross-functional teams.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, social media, and other relevant e-commerce channels.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effective collaboration at all organizational levels.
