VoltBike Electric Inc. is fast growing electric bike manufacturer located in Port Coquitlam, BC.

We are looking for a passionate individual to join our team

Love for biking and familiar with bicycle components is beneficial.

**Responsibilities**:

- Engaging with bike enthusiasts in a friendly tone over the phone;
- Support clients over the phone or in person with a bike questions and following up with their needs;
- Resolving customer complaints, managing database records, drafting status reports on customer service issues;
- Answering clients questions about payments, products, prices and availability;
- Direct customers through entire sale process, helping placing order on their behalf when needed;
- Meeting customers at our showroom and assisting with test rides;
- Processing orders, payments, and receipts;
- Working with the mechanics on resolving warranty issues and satisfying clients expectations;
- Working with QuickBooks, Excel, Zoho Desk ticketing system
- Performing other clerical tasks as needed.

**The skill set we are looking for includes**:

- Love for biking.
- Basic mechanical skills, so you can explain features on our bikes.
- Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
- Customer service background.
- A quick learner who pays attention to detail.
- Efficient and accurate data entry.
- Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.

**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Additional pay:

- Overtime pay
