**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Lead project planning sessions including requirements gathering, risk management, resource allocation, and budgeting.
- Manage project scope, schedule, and costs to ensure successful delivery.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to define project requirements and expectations.
- Oversee project execution by supervising team members and managing vendor relationships through effective negotiation and vendor management strategies.
- Utilize tools like Jira, Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, SharePoint, Trello, Workday, Basecamp, Project Server, and ServiceNow for project tracking and reporting.
- Conduct data analysis and data collection to monitor project performance and quality management metrics.
- Facilitate communication across teams through presentations and status updates to ensure transparency.
- Implement change management processes to adapt to evolving project needs while minimizing risks.
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards for quality management and project implementation.

**Skills**
- Proven leadership in supervising teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Expertise in vendor management, negotiation skills, risk management strategies, and requirements management.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively across various projects.
- Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement and presentation delivery.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities using change management techniques.
- Experience in IT project management including requirements gathering and project implementation within diverse environments such as healthcare or technology sectors. This position offers an opportunity to lead impactful projects that drive organizational success while working in a dynamic environment that values innovation and collaboration.

Pay: $35.00-$40.00 per hour
