Dilawri Group is now actively searching for an experienced **Service Advisor **to join the team at **Meadowvale Honda**

- Have experience as a Service Advisor, preferably in a dealership environment
- Enjoy meeting new people and helping them with their cars

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide front-line customer service and sales for the Service Department
- Greeting customers on the phone or in the Dealership
- Providing repair recommendations
- Explaining the nature of repairs
- Advising customers how to look after their vehicles
- Scheduling appointments
- Selling labour
- Providing an extraordinary experience for all customers

**Qualifications**:

- Valid Ontario driver's license
- CDK experience preferred
- An aptitude for customer relations/service
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to sell required maintenance
- Ability to work as a part of a TEAM
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
