Sani Marc’s Pool and Spa Division is a recognized leader in cold and hot water treatment products and solutions for the Canadian pool and spa industry.

**Responsibilities**:
Reporting to the National Sales Manager, the Major Account Manager will develop and maintain relationships with customers, both current and potential, to drive national sales development and promote our products:

- Issue analyses, action plans and recommendations to ensure the achievement of corporate objectives related to sales growth;
- Identify and solicit potential customers to develop the domestic market and promote our products;
- Establish and maintain sustainable business relationships with customers and optimize sales opportunities;
- Identify and assess customer needs and recommend appropriate products;
- Negotiate and establish proposals, terms of sale, warranties and delivery dates;
- Represent the Pool and Spa division in trade shows, corporate activities and various promotional events;

**Requirements**: To perform well, you must**:

- Have a BSc in Marketing, Business Administration or related field;
- Have 5-7 years of experience in sales, customer service or similar role;
- Bilingual (English and French, spoken and written) essential and have excellent communication skills;
- Pool and spa experience (an asset);
- Provide outstanding customer service and negotiation skills
- Good computer skills (Microsoft Office suite) and experience with CRM.
