**Full-Time Sports League Manager Position**

**About Average Joe Sports Club**:
**The Position**:
The areas of responsibilities will be as follows:

- Managing of all sports leagues in a given geographic area
- Providing excellent customer service to members
- Marketing of Average Joe leagues, tournaments and programs
- Making schedules leading up to the start of seasons
- Managing social media accounts
- On-site supervision of league games
- Working together as an office team to achieve group goals
- Other duties as assigned

**Work Schedule**

The schedule will vary but it is expected that it will mostly be afternoons and evenings Monday - Friday (with the possibility of the occasional Saturday).

**Requirements**:

- Outgoing, “people-person” personality with a passion for sports
- Energetic and enthusiastic
- Well organized
- Detail-oriented
- Access to a car is a must
- University or college degree/diploma
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Experience in sports is an asset
- A sports management/admin degree is an asset

**Compensation**:
First year total compensation $45,000 - $55,000.

**Next Steps**:
Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
