Night Auditor

**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Perform nightly audits of financial transactions and ensure accuracy in reporting.
- Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs for guests.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues that arise during the night shift.
- Maintain a high level of customer service by providing assistance and information to guests.
- Utilize phone systems effectively to communicate with guests and staff.
- Ensure all hotel policies and procedures are followed during the night shift.
- Prepare daily reports for management, summarizing occupancy rates, revenue, and other key metrics.
- Monitor security systems and ensure the safety of guests and property.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality environment is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to accommodate diverse guests.
- Familiarity with front desk operations, phone etiquette, and hotel management software is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effective interaction with guests and team members.
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours while maintaining attention to detail.
