**About the Role**:We are looking for an Aortic and Peripheral Field Sales Associate to join our team in the Medical Products Division. In this role, you will sell and promote existing and new Peripheral and Endovascular products. You should be passionate about selling state-of-the art implantable medical devices that are the highest quality in their class and be energized by working for a world-class manufacturer and recognize the importance of building and maintaining strong interpersonal relationships.

This is a remote position, and you can work from home in most locations in Vancouver, Calgary, Edmonton or surrounding areas.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist doctors in patient screening, case planning, and device selection
- Troubleshoot problem cases
- Provide technical support during clinical EVAR & TEVAR cases
- Conduct in-house and field based training programs for Gore associates
- Provide simulation based training to Surgeons, Nurses, and Vascular Surgery and Interventional Radiology Fellows
- Provide hospital in-services to Surgeons, Nurses, and Fellows
- Help develop materials for doctor
- and associate-training programs

**Required Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 3 years related experience with/in one of the following: Nursing or radiation technology; operating room, cath. lab, or radiology/cardiology departments; teaching or other medical device support roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Current, valid driver's license
- Ability to perform the responsibilities of this role at our customer locations, which includes meeting vendor credentialing and hospital access requirements for healthcare professionals, relative to immunizations (which may include a requirement to provide proof that you are fully vaccinated with one of the COVID-19 vaccines)
- Ability to be flexible in response to changing product and project commitments
- Ability to be available to support emergent cases in your local market
- Ability to adapt to frequent changes in travel schedules (e.g., to support emergency clinical cases)
- Ability to be “on call” (potential to work nights and weekends when necessary) and up to 75% travel and must reside in Vancouver, Calgary, Edmonton or surrounding areas

**Desired Qualifications**:

- Degree in nursing, life sciences, education or similar experience

This role requires ongoing access to U.S. hospitals and compliance with facility-specific access policies (which may include a requirement to provide proof that you are fully vaccinated with one of the COVID-19 vaccines), vendor credentialing requirements including drug screening, background checks, immunization and training.

Remote Working Arrangements are permitted for Associates in the continental United States (US) and Canada, with appropriate approval and compliance with Gore’s remote working policies, from the country in which they are employed. For fully remote roles, the following locations are not eligible for new fully remote work arrangements: Alaska and Hawaii (for all roles), and Rhode Island (for wage/hourly roles only).
