**Position: Fine Dining Server**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Seamless and Unobtrusive Service**: Provide attentive yet discreet service, anticipating guests' needs to enhance their dining experience.
- **Culinary Knowledge**: Recommend menu items, wine pairings, and daily specials with confidence, adding value to our guests' dining experience.
- **Efficient Collaboration**: Coordinate effectively with our kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service.
- **Exceptional Communication**: Engage with guests in a knowledgeable and courteous manner, addressing inquiries and special requests promptly.
- **Order Accuracy**: Take precise food and beverage orders, process payments accurately, and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

**Qualifications**:

- **Fine Dining Experience**: Previous experience in upscale or fine dining settings is preferred.
- **Personal Grooming**: A well-groomed appearance reflecting our restaurant's professional standards.
- **Italian Cuisine Knowledge**: Familiarity with Italian cuisine, wines, and spirits.
- **Service Excellence**: Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and a commitment to delivering knowledgeable and discreet service.
- **Flexibility**: Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- **Team Player**: Positive attitude, proactive approach, and ability to work effectively within a team.
- **Smart Serve Certification**: Preferred, but not mandatory.

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 44 per week
