As a Customer service representative at National Bank, you'll live up to your ambitions and have a positive impact on your own life as well as the lives of your clients and colleagues. You'll adopt a friendly approach and provide high-quality customer service as you offer a people-centric experience for branch clients.

Your role
- Welcome warmly each client when they arrive and respond to their needs
- Help clients to operate their daily transactions
- Accompany the clients through the different digital options
- Refer to your colleagues who are experts in investment, credit and business solutions
- Provide banking services and offer adapted solutions
- Ability to establish human and lasting business relationships Identify business risks and manage industry compliance

The branches are open two nights a week and on Saturdays, depending on needs. A number of work schedules are possible and will vary depending on team availability. This position reports to the Customer service manager. Every day, you will work with a team of many experts specialized in investment, credit, mortgage financing and more.

We rely on our colleagues to share knowledge and help each other. As your contribution is put forward, you may have to help out at another branch.
- High school diploma or college degree
- Experience is customer service
- Good ability to establish privileged relationships with clients
- Skilled with technology tools such as tablets, smart phones and mobile apps
- Ability to communicate effectively in French

- Recognized for your rigor and reliability
- Ability to adapt to various situations

Our training programs use on-the-job learning will be available to you as of your first day of work. It will allow you to integrate quickly and fully experience the energy of your branch. You will be accompanied and supported by your colleagues throughout your apprenticeship, because teamwork is at the heart of our values.
