We are growing our team and are currently looking for a full time Credit and Collection Specialist to join our already AMAZING team in Calgary You will also be primarily responsible for request and pursuit of payment via communications with the account holder.

**Responsibilities**:

- Creating and maintaining credit history files 
- Analyzing and assessing the creditworthiness of account/client using external credit risk management tools/reports 
- Supporting the collection efforts/calls for accounts receivable portfolio 
- Documenting daily collections activity 
- Researching account disputes and billing discrepancies 
- Performing account/payment reconciliations 
- Responding to credit inquiries from external and internal clients 
- Identifying delinquent accounts requiring external collection efforts
- Adhoc duties as assigned 

**Qualifications**:

- Completion of high school diploma
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Previous transportation experiences an asset
- Strong Customer Service Relations
