**Finance Team Lead - General Accounting**:

**Your responsibilities**:

- 1.Monthly closing and reporting: Oversee the month end close process including preparing the month end calendar, monitoring activities, and reviewing and approving journal entries. Reviewing certain balance sheet account reconciliations. Monitoring and updating monthly tasks. Reviewing IG journal entries and supporting in the resolution of mismatches. Ensuring timely and accurate reporting package and disclosures.
- 2.Internal Control and External Audit: Coordinate and monitor external audit requests relating to year-end and quarter-end. Assists accounting management in defining and implementing internal controls regarding financial reporting. Participate in managing the internal R2R control environment, and in ensuring design effectiveness of processes and controls.
- 3.Projects: Drive and/or participate in projects and process improvements initiatives either related to systems, or structure changes.
- 4.Optimization: Assist in developing and implementing processes and procedures to continuously optimize and gain efficiency.
- 5.Coaching: of team members and serve as escalation point for complex accounting transactions.

**Your background**:

- CPA Accounting Designation
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance and Accounting
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior accounting role, previous experience as a group leader role is a huge plus
- Advanced experience of computerized accounting systems and financial reporting software, including advanced knowledge of EXCEL and SAP is A MUST
- Experience in large complex organization almost essential, highly preferable.
- Proven ability to effectively work under pressure and within tight deadlines and high degree of flexibility.
- Outstanding attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to multitask.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
