Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Data entry of orders for Highway and Calgary
- Weekend and Holiday coverage for City Dispatch Support
- Data entry of additional charges
- Accept orders in EDI for Expeditors and then update in IAS System and Axon.
- Distribute, receive and send faxes
- Send all over credit limits for customers ARAP
- Traces on CN & CP of all inbound/customs hold containers (to be done 4 times daily)
- Pre-Auditing Driver Paperwork & Pre-Audit Terminated Order
- Change Status’ in Axon to reflect current activity
- Reservation Request at CN/CP - and update in Axon with reservation times
- Trailer Rentals
- Enter and follow up on Incident daily
- COD Process
- Obtain empty return locations from customers/SSL
- Monitor daily de-stuff report
- Entering and following Incidents on a daily basis
- Monitor TSS Screen and update all status within that screen
- ClientCare requests

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: $42,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
