Job Summary:

- Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and resolve issues promptly
- Upsell menu items and promote specials to increase revenue
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order preparation
- Process payments and provide accurate change to guests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas

**Skills**:

- Strong math skills for handling payments and calculating bills
- Excellent guest services skills with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Knowledge of the food industry, including food safety practices
- Basic math skills for accurately processing payments
- Outstanding customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Hospitality mindset with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices
- Experience in the food service industry is preferred but not required
