- Operate the POS system, including Micros POS, for order processing and payment transactions
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests and addressing their needs
- Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all areas of the restaurant, including kitchen and dining spaces
- Assist with serving food and beverages to customers in a timely manner
- Uphold food safety regulations and practices during food preparation and service
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient restaurant operations
