Operations and Finance Lead

**Job Summary**
The Operations and Finance Lead will oversee and manage the day-to-day operational activities within the organization, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in various operational processes.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and accounts receivable and payables
- Develop and implement operational processes and systems for efficiency and hitting objectives.
- Strategic Planning
- Conduct deep analyses of the company’s structure and team dynamics to identify areas of opportunity that allow for enhancing productivity across all business units.
- Work as an extension of the CEO to foster strong communication and coordination across departments to reach company-wide objectives.
- Review and oversee contract agreements, including partnership agreements with vendors and customers
- Identify, take ownership, and deliver on any strategic projects that you feel will drive meaningful and measurable value for the company.
**Experience**:
- Proven experience in operations management with a focus on financial services
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate a team
- Proficiency in cost management, budgeting, and risk management
- Experience in account reconciliation and corporate finance is preferred
Pay: From $75,000.00 per year
**Education**:
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Management: 5 years (preferred)
- Accounting: 5 years (preferred)
