**About The Role**

The HSE Administrator - Industrial reports to the Senior Regional HSE Manager and provides support functions to HS&E including support related to the coordination and maintenance of the HS&E and Quality Management systems.

**As an HSE Administrator Graham, you will**:

- Prepare KPI and training reports which include charts and graphs
- Manage HSE document control which includes filing and managing soft copies through SharePoint
- Manage the ordering, inventory and distribution of HSE related materials
- Working efficiently and effectively with employees and management in fast-paced and deadline driven environment
- Staying up-to-date of the latest changes with Graham’s HSE Management System; this will also include applicable legislation and must be communicated to the various stakeholders within the project
- Provide adhoc support functions as deemed necessary

**Qualifications/Experience**:

- Highly organized professional with the ability to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment
- Excellent internal and external communication skills
- Able to manage time and prioritize effectively
- Administration Diploma, HSA Certification (Alberta Construction Association); or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years of administrative experience
- Prior document control experience within a Construction environment is considered an asset
- Proficient in Microsoft systems specifically Excel
