As a Patient Experience Coordinator, you will be the patient's guide to healthcare, connecting with them in an outgoing and friendly manner. You will work with team members to ensure a smooth patient experience, including booking appointments, billing insurance, coordinating injury claim coverage, preparing patient rooms, taking calls, and completing administrative tasks for practitioners. Adherence to procedures, checklists, and communication protocols is essential to create consistency and drive best practices between coordinators.
To excel in this role, you must possess at least 1 year of experience working in customer service, and have exemplary customer service delivery. As a natural problem solver, you must have exceptional communication skills, be efficient, resourceful, and adaptable. A passion for helping patients is essential.
This role reports to the General Manager and the Patient Experience Team Leader.

**Salary**: $18.50-$22.00 per hour
