**Position Overview**
**Summary of Responsibilities (job functions include but are not limited to)**
**HR Administrator**:
- Work closely with the President and operations to match hiring with vacancies on rigs and workload requirements
- Provide HR administrative support at all stages of the employee life cycle from recruitment, hire and off-boarding to ensure accurate and timely execution.
- Manage all aspects of employee files (e-files and hard copy files) to ensure content is accurate, up to date, and complies with internal guidelines.
- Support the HR team with updating process templates, letters, and other documents as necessary to reflect current processes, roles, and responsibilities.
- Provide reports to prepare analytics and metrics on worker data for management as required.
- Work closely with all members of the HR team to keep informed of upcoming events or deadlines.
**HSE Administrator**:
- Schedule, conduct, and document new hire safety orientation (H2S, CPR, First Aid, etc.) and all other HSE training for employees
- Track and ensure employees and contractors have all required safety tickets and training required for work eligibility
- Electronic Log training and assisting drivers as necessary, Keep Trucking & Trimble GEOtrac systems
- Reconciling field reports and logbooks, auditing for irregularities
- Assisting with preparation of monthly HSE reporting and information
- Monitor and ensure compliance with HSE Management Systems (ComplyWorks, ISNetWorld, Avetta)
- File field documentation in accordance with company and Operators’ standards
- Support on ad hoc requests and requirements from other divisions as needed
**Qualifications**:
- One or more years of relevant experience in human resources, health, safety, and occupational training
- Working knowledge of the oil and gas industry is mandatory, with a preference given to drilling rig & rig moving
- Familiar with federal & provincial transportation hours of service, fatigue management, and other regulatory framework specific to inter-provincial trucking and drilling
- Strong communication and team skills to support HSE, operations and administration
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
