**Job Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly attitude, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently, utilizing multi-line phone systems to assist guests promptly.
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions to enhance guest experience.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions in the hotel management system.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for incoming guests.
- Assist with reservations and bookings, including modifications or cancellations as needed.
- Uphold hotel policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality of guest information.
- May be assigned other tasks when needed.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Strong phone etiquette skills and the ability to manage multi-line phone systems effectively.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to diverse guests.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on providing outstanding guest services.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing reservations and guest requests.

Pay: $17.20-$21.52 per hour
