**Your Role as a Caregiver**:

- Assist with everyday tasks such as meals, hygiene, housekeeping, errands, and companionship
- Communicate openly with the care team to enhance client well-being
- Review care plans before visits and document tasks completed
- Adhere to agency guidelines and relevant healthcare standards
- Respond promptly to scheduling updates from the care coordination team

**Requirements**:

- Personal Support Worker (PSW) certificate
- Ability to independently travel to client homes
- Comfortable using a mobile app for logging visits
- Willing to obtain a current Criminal Record Check (with Vulnerable Sector Search)
- Willing to provide a recent TB test result

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual
